User Agreement - Términos de Uso
Los términos de uso del Sitio Web de Latin Comercial Imoveis y datos incluidos por los Usuarios en la misma.
1.Términos Generales
1.1. Las informaciones sobre los bienes y servicios incluidos en el Sitio Web deben cumplir con las leyes normas aplicables en cada país y entre los países involucrados.
1.2. Las informaciones vertidas en el Sitio Web serán de dominio público. Al acceder al Sitio Web se considera como aceptados todos los términos.
1.3. El administrador del Sitio Web puede cambiar unilateralmente los términos de uso en caso lo considere conveniente.
2. Responsabilidad de las partes
2.1. El Usuario acepta no tomar ninguna acción legal que pueda considerarse como violación a las leyes de cada país o reglas del derecho internacional respecto a propiedad de información vertida en el Sitio Web.
2.2. El uso del Sitio Web implica en contar con las autorizaciones de los propietarios de los inmuebles para la difusión de los mismos.
2.3. El Sitio Web esta exento de toda responsabilidad por todo y cualquier enlace o link que sea publicado y que pueda perjudicar a terceros.
2.4. Comments and other User's posts on the Site shall not contradict the rules of the Russian Law and generally accepted norms of morality and ethics.
2.5. The User is warned that the Site administration is not liable for any visit and use of external resources, on the links which may be present on the Site.
2.6. The User agrees that the Site administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect liabilities to the User for any loss or damage of the Site contents, registration of the copyrights and information of such registration, goods and services, available or derived from external websites or resources or any other contacts arising from the use of the information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
2.7. The User accepts that all the Site materials and services or any other part of it may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Site administration is not liable and doesn't have any obligations for such advertising
3. Other terms
3.1. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it shall be settled in accordance with the current law of the Russian Federation.
3.2. Nothing in the Agreement shall be understood as establishment of Agents relations, partnership relations, relations on joint activities, personal recruiting relations or any other type of relations between the User and the Site administration which are not directly stipulated by this Agreement.
3.3. In case the Court treats any point of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable shall not entail invalidation of other statements of the Agreement.
3.4. Inaction of the Site administration in case of any violation of the Agreement statements by the Users does not preclude the Site administration to take appropriate actions later in defense of its interests and copyrights on the Site materials protected by the law.
The user confirms that he/she is aware of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and assumes them.
